Before you arrive

24 hours before your session you'll receive a short voice note from Gemma, an orientation. Come hydrated, come without agenda, wear something you can move and breathe in. One question to sit with, just to hold. This session begins the moment you decide to show up for it.

The 90 minutes

Arrival and grounding (0-15 mins) — You're not rushing into the body. This is where the nervous system registers it's safe. The oil is chosen intuitively for you.

The body work (15-65 mins) — Somatic and energetic work, you receive. The body leads.

The Oracle Reading (65-80 mins) — While you're still in the altered state of post-bodywork, before the mind fully reasserts itself. This is when the reading lands deepest.

Integration (80-90 mins) — Silence, then a few anchoring words. Just one thing to carry out with you.

After your session

48 hours later — a short written message from Gemma. A few sentences of what came through, and one thing to tend to.

One week later — a two-line check in. How has the week been since? Anything landing differently? No obligation to respond at length.
